Our Story
CampVents began at a university campus in the UK, where our founders experienced first-hand how fragmented and inefficient campus event management truly was. Organising events, selling tickets, tracking attendance -- every step relied on disconnected tools that were never designed for higher education.
That insight became the foundation for a purpose-built platform. We set out to create an end-to-end event management solution tailored specifically for universities and student organisations -- combining ticketing, promotion, attendance validation, and analytics in a single, intuitive product.
Today, CampVents is trusted by institutions and student communities to streamline event operations at scale. From a single society social to a university-wide programme of events, the platform delivers the same speed, reliability, and clarity.
Having launched our pilot programme with the American College of Greece and earned recognition as an Event Tech Awards 2025 Finalist, we are now expanding across Europe with a clear mission: to become the standard infrastructure layer for campus events worldwide.
